Single Skin packaged Roof Top units with Scroll compressors and radial fans
The single skin Packaged Roof Top units of the FLEXI AIR series, with R410A refrigerant, can be connected to a duct network for air conditioning of small and medium surface areas for public use such as halls, shopping centres, cafeterias, restaurants and health centres, or for industrial ambients such as food processing or preservation centres.
Equipped with radial fan or EC Inverter Plug-Fan, these units are available in a cooling only and in a reversible heat pump version. The EC Inverter Plug-Fan with high energy efficiency backward blades are managed by an electronic control adjusting fan rotational speed to adapt the air flow to the system capacity.
The cabinet features a perimeter base structure composed of elements with zinc coated galvanized treatment. The frame is realized with extruded aluminium alloy sections. The perimeter panels are realized in pre-painted metal sheet.
The unit can be equipped, as an option, with a Free-Cooling Economizer section in addition to the components installed on the basic version. The ECONOMIZER is automatically controlled both in FREE-COOLING or FREE-HEATING.

Caratteristiche
- The perimeter base structure is composed of elements in passivated and press-bent galvanised sheet. The frame is realised with extruded aluminium alloy sections coupled by 3-way joints. The assembly of the base and frame is with double support and guarantees the tradable surface of the base panels, whose installation takes place without the use of projecting screws. The perimeter panels can be easily removed. They are realised in pre-painted metal sheet and allow access inside the unit for maintenance and repair operations. The structure has a 10 mm thick insulation layer.
- Scroll compressors with oil sight glass, internal overheat protection and crankcase heater.
- Condenser and evaporator made of copper tube and aluminium finned coil.
- Delivery radial fan coupled to 3-phase motors by V belt and variable pulley.
- Both the cooling only and reversible heat pump versions are available with high efficiency delivery EC INVERTER PLUG-FAN, with electronic speed control to easily adapt to the system characteristics.
- R410A refrigerant.
- Electrical board includes: main switch with door safety interlock; thermal protection relays for compressors; thermocontacts for fans of the
- condensing unit section; contactors for fans motors of the air treatment section; interface relay and electrical terminals for external connections.
- Microprocessor for the automatic control of the unit, allowing continuous display of the operational status of the unit, control set and real air temperature and, in case of partial or total block of the unit, indication of security device that intervened.
- Operating outdoor ambient air temperature up to 52 °C.
